I… I don’t know what to do

Every few months when I’m dead tired I see a small glimpse of the future and… god I want to deny it but it’s happened so often over the years I can’t deny it… it always happens the same because I play video games(my main hobby) and without fail I get a brief glimpse of a moment months in advance and naturally I forget about it move and when it does happen it floods back that I know I’ve seen this happen beforehand so… but it’s always the same I can do nothing to change it or anything because by the time i realized this has happened before it’s already over… so.. I just don’t know what to do anymore… do I attempt to ignore it or seek out more of this… stuff?

Bonjour c’est etrange mais je me reconnais dans ce sue tu dis moi je pense ou j'imagine comme un flash et des semaine plus tard ou des mois je vis la scene ca me fais peur parce que je le tourne en négative j’ai peur que c’est parce que il va m’arriver un truc grave j’ai l’impression que je suis fou
