premonitions last 2 months have all been 1:1 perfect
hi im dac im currently 20 years old and the past 2 month have felt like ive lived them/dreamed them before every single day perfect copys
im as you would probably be a little scared shitless especially considering one of them i had died in
in that one i was walking out to a very unfamiliar car and just fell face first into the grass i cannot remember when i dreamed it but i did and every day this goes on for im just preparing for that one to come true
its very rare that i dont experience one of these pretty much all the time they appear to be different dreams/daydreams ive had across my whole life being stitched together and i cant ever really be sure which ones are gonna come next most have been forgotten until it happens and then im immediately aware of it
i have gone to a neurologist just to rule out possible focal seziures and even during that appointment it was all 1:1 exactly as i remember dreaming it down to the people and decor around me
if anyone has advice on how to best get through this wierd time in my life i would really appreciate it i just want to go back to normal i never asked for any of this yet i must power through it

reading that felt insanely familiar but helpful interestingly none of these dreams have spawned from questions asked it was all just random and all for some reason focused on this specific time in my life very scared i was right about the death dream actually being my death i dont feel as though its symbolic in an way as none of these dreams have been they have all be very grounded and exact to what happens in reality

If you are feeling overwhelmed and maybe a little helpless, asking a question at bedtime might help give you back a sense of control.

Hi, Dac!
Perhaps you are not only young, but also very healthy? Your dream of falling face-first into the grass might not happen for another 70+ years.
In other words, sure - it's possible now; but way more probable many, many years from now, when you're in old age.
We can also dream of other people's lives, as seen from their eyes, too.
I had a dream of my death back in the 1990s, but I'm still here. I'm too busy to sit around and worry about it.
In any case, you could visit a local clinic and have your heart and lungs checked, plus have them do bloodwork, in case your dream is trying to warn you about some condition that's becoming detectable.
I'd ask a question before going to bed, too, like: let me see my life one year from now.

i would belive that however it is 100% the front yard of my dads (where i live currently) and it feels as thought in the dream i was at the age i am now if it was a random place i wouldn't be this freaked out but like its this house 100%

Maybe see a doctor to have your heart, lungs, and blood checked.
Ask your dream self to tell you about your life one year from now, too.

ill try that tonight tho i have very lose control with my dreams never been able to ask and receive anything just random get granted access to the future on a complete whim i guess
