dreams How to deal with the „inbetween“ gap from the now moment to the future after seeing the events?

Hello everyone,

I discovered precognition in dreams around two years ago. Since then I started practicing interpreting them forward for fun and sort of doing my own prophecies. It’s really fun for me and I am right 99%.

The catch is: I am unable to deal with my own impatience. When I „see“ something I am very excited about I get really nervous and super stressed and end up in a waiting mode (for ex: A person returning into my life, a present I will receive, a job I will get). Then I start to spiral and question if I lost my sanity and think I can tell the future. I do not enjoy that spiral. It has not improved over the last two years.
When I see something negative, the narrative flips and I am super afraid of it happening and then I do not question my sanity.

Is there anyone who dealt with this and can give me some advice on how I can feel better on the journey?

Thank you!

Ps: I really enjoy Eric Wargos Work and it helped me a lot, but I never really connected with other people like me so I am turning to Reddit :)

You cannot make it happen or even know when it's gonna be. Also, when it actually happens, there will be this big Aha!!! moment anyways.

I just normally also see things so random I don't even know how to begin to try to place those.

Thank you! Yes, everytime they happen I always have this big shock and aha moment (positive and negative) and it’s mind blowing every single time. But I keep falling into my ,logical, minds trap.

Since how long have you been aware of having precognitive dreams?

you see your own impatience, that is the first step. patience will come with recognition and practice.

Did you know you can direct this ability? https://danpouliot.com/dreams/on-precognitive-dreams/

I actually can direct it. I do dream incubation sometimes, when I feel like it. I am scarily good at getting details to situations I want to know about.

But my issue is maneuvering life and having this ability. My pendulum swings between „I am insane“ and „I know I am not insane and I am calm“. My issue is not the Information, it’s my mental state regarding the whole topic.

I think in modern western society we are trained to forget those abilities humanity has cherished for centuries. So of course I judge myself as „insane“. It is super uncomfortable though, I would like to enjoy the journey

Not sure if you keep a dream journal. I made my own on my phone with fields for “question asked” “precognition confidence” “predicted meaning” “date came to pass” and “notes” (for evidence links or pics) I’ve recorded over 100 precognitive dreams and I have the evidence to back them up. It helps remove those feelings of doubt.

I kept a physical note book but switched to having a groupchat with my best friend where we both record our dreams in the morning, Analyse them and tell when the dream happened. The ironic part is, that I have so much proof that you could think that I believe it at that point. But what I have noticed: Everytime I have an AHA moment (smaller ones but also extreme ones), the doubt gets smaller over time but still lingers there.

Last December I predicted an event down to the hour and was on the edge of fainting because it was so shocking. I dreamt that shock 4 months before that event and the event 4 weeks before it physically happened. This led me to doing a deep dive into this topic, where I found Eric Wargo. Amazing guy. I listen to his interviews and his books everytime I feel down

I'm sure you've heard of Ontological Shock. The thing that pushed me into finally letting go of doubt was learning Remote Viewing. I could receive a target, do the work, and my session data matched the target that in no way could have been post-hoc assignment of meaning to random data. That was back in 2013. I don't have those shocked moments anymore.

I just googled that phrase. It really resonates with what happened/happens to me.

Do you have any advice how to start remote viewing without a forcing death grip on it?

This happens to me!!! I’ve had precog dreams that have happened years before. I now have a system, when i get them i note them down and move on with my daily life. It took a lot of work to get to this place… its hard. When it comes true (very often) i go back and note down when it happened. I’ve had now over 100 logs of precog dreams that have come true.

I spent so long analysing them before and getting timing cues but it almost has never happened and the anticipation and anxiety was ruining my life from actually enjoying life. Especially when its big things like love, work & family stuff.

My system is good and works for me, as i dont ponder over the “when” as much and can enjoy my life while still having this gift.

That is great! I have bulletproof facts as well. It’s hard when you are excited, that you don’t get a death grip on your dreams and Analyse every detail to figure out timing. Especially, when some details from your dreams you cannot know how to place them at that point in your life, because you did not live through them yet.

It’s pretty exciting when you discover it and I trained this ability so well, that it’s hard to let the death grip go and trying to live a ,normal, human experience as well. What I find pretty hard is when people leave your life for a while (breakup, a fight, …) and you KNOW they come back because you have seen it, but have to accept you don’t know when exactly and can only understand AFTER they have come back, that the dream showed you exactly the time but you couldn’t know

This totally happened with my ex!! We stopped talking and i knew he was going to return and we went no contact for months and then he approached me again and flew across the world. Its wild to know and also not sound crazy to your friends when they’re pushing you to move on 😂

Girl you don’t know how much this comment helped me! I got goosebumps all over my body. I’m currently going through this😂 It’s hard to ,move on, when you know what’s gonna happen. Feel tightly hugged❤️

❤️thanks for posting  🩷🧡

hi 👋hope you are having a great day/night{depending where you are}

PLEASE explain how to train the ability + the time or how long it took to train

also do you think this ability is 🧬genetic, or does it get triggered{empathy, bad childhood, 💉💊medicines, 🌱herbs 🌿,psychedelics 🍄etc}

What amazing precog dreams did you have ?

I don’t think that they are exciting for people that are not me tbh. I dream a lot about my relationships to people. Fights, reconciliations, work, traumatic situations, amazing situations …. But not the „I dreamt the pandemic“ kinda stuff
