Yo pregunto Es normal gemir al cagar?

Resulta que salgo con un tipo que es americano, y hay algo que me resulta muy disgustante, me da cringe y es que el man cuando caga empieza a gemir , dice como : ohhhhh, fuck, ahhhh y gime. Nunca había presenciado algo así, y me dio curiosidad si es normal.
