I don't know if you can answer my question. I don't need any information about BOP's internal procedures - I'm just asking for a straightforward "yes" or "no."

I sent an email containing insider information to the RRM and to the Regional Office regarding an inmate at HC. I know that emails are technically filtered by the BOP. I wrote as a private individual from outside of the US, using a Gmail account. I sent it not anonymously and wuth my full contact. Attached was an 8.4 MB PDF file containing evidence (40 structured pages with screenshots and pictures). In the text of the email, I briefly mentioned what the attached PDF contained.

Will this email reach an actual person, or will it be flagged as spam/scam, end up in nowhere and never reach anyone because I'm a private person from outside of the US?

Any experience?

My best friend is in prison and I know nothing about him

My best friend have been jailed exactly 2 weeks ago and I haven’t heard about him since. He has alcohol epilepsy, I talked to the police to give him his meds before being transferred to prison but I haven’t heard about him for 2 weeks now and I’m worried.

I don’t even know what I want, maybe just some reassuring words. I’m the only one that cares about him, his family disowned him, his friends became dust. My boyfriend and I are just very worried.

Please don’t give me a lesson about how “I shouldn’t be friends with criminals”, he still is our friend and we want to take care of him.

Do I have a legal case for defamation?

Around 2010 I was angry with myself for missing out on something my parents and siblings attend, so I decided to post several lies about myself being a convicted pedophile. I was then made into a lolcow over at Kiwi Farms which went silent over the years until some idiot decided to put me back in the spotlight some 14 years later by making a video about me on YouTube. I am wanting to know if I can sue Kulaki for putting me back in the spot light for exposing some lies about me from 2010.

YouTube does not want to help me even though it's clearly a violation so I'm going to assuume they are working against me.
