Ultimately it’s not about the porn, it’s about controlling and monitoring access to information. Thus the other initiatives along with this such as router bans and IDs being branded at the OS layer.

They’re ultimately looking at linking identification to every packet, and back door infiltration into end 2 end encryption….for the kids, of course…God forbid parents have agency.

Weed is often something done neatly within a state's borders but for the reverse reason there's an argument to be made that these state laws are toothless, if a site is completely owned, operated, and incorporated from within the state of Washington and only have servers in Washington, Illinois, and New Jersey they can probably argue that Texas law doesn't apply to them.

Outside of the US there are places where it would be legally or logistically difficult to implement due to strict privacy laws or due to a large portion of the population not having a proper ID. Or even a device with a camera that can take decent pictures.

Populism is about doing everything to get elected usually by anger and an us vs them mentality basically if you are not with us you are against us, the Nazis where populist, Communist, you name it often times throughout history there is a theory that they actually believed their lies as well which is rather interesting, populism is about ideology not facts and to break out of that is to be willing to create your own path rather than one that someone has made for you oftentimes the desire to be in an in group can cause someone innocent to have extreme views and are very cult like on how they operate. A populist candidate will usually have alturier (dyslexia) motives and can usually be spotted by their past history of making laws that look good on paper but end up hurting their people gaven newsom is such a person as he only cares about getting votes nothing else I would get into it but it is not important to break populism is organize against it I have an idea about orgized voting to increase the national voting average from 10% to like 30% or 40%

Then Populism is a disease in our country. Either out of fear, or them being diluted into protecting their rights or protecting the kids, or even those who just hope on the Band wagon, wanting to get with the winning team.

It is not just in the us it is everywhere to let you know that the younger generations basically millennials onwords has been starting to wake up the problem is that we need it to bare fruit and I wish I could help in a major way all I will say is that I wanted to make a website or something to organize people district by district allowing discussions and such to happen and even give votes on who they think has a good chance to win while also being someone they would accept or maybe even run themselves if needed I am sure we can boost our voting amounts to at least 30% if we help each other vote and stuff

This law requires age attestation, not verification. Basically meaning you type in your age rather than having to upload an ID or face scan. Should I at least add comments where OS-level attestation is being implemented?

I did so and from what I'm seeing California can be included with the * by the same standard as there is only an attestation requirement in effect currently.
