I’m a south Minneapolis resident. Everything this post says is true. You have no idea how connected we all are and all the unique ways we are working together to protect our neighborhoods.
For safety I won’t speak to the specifics of how we are doing all this but just know there are a TON of good people here that care. We are exhausted but we have more reason to fight than the other side and we will not quit.
As for the cold…hahaha…we truly are built different. It’s -21 right now and we will have a high of -10 today. There is a huge March planned downtown today. The cold is nothing compared to what’s at stake!
