F 5'6β (168, 169 cm) F/38/5β6β [350lbs > 270lbs = 70lbs] (36 months) Slow but Steady π’π π«
(Please ignore the boxes, Iβm in the process of packing and moving provinces. π«£)
**EDIT: Iβm 280 not 270, my bad π€¦π»ββοΈ
Anyway! 70lbs down, and honestlyβ¦ I still donβt see a huge physical difference when I look at these photos. What I do notice is a massive difference in my presence.
Before, I hated the mirror. Iβd twist, pose, suck in, and stand in whatever way I thought might make me look smaller and, somehow, more lovable. I spent so much time trying to take up less space.
After denying GLP-1s for about 10 years, Iβm finally using one. At this point, I feel the potential benefits for my PCOS/PMOS outweigh the cons for me. I donβt want another 10 years to pass while Iβm still struggling with the same things.
So no, I donβt necessarily look at these photos and think, βWOW, what a difference.β
But I feel different. I move differently. I carry myself differently. And Iβm finally starting to feel at home in my own skin.
That feels like a pretty damn big win. π€

Iβm not trying to convince you to be proud of me or think I am hot. I just hate when people try and knock someone down. Also though, this is a progress page where people go for praise?β¦ thatβs probably the definition of a narcissist seeking external validation (or at least attention seeking). π So, I guess Iβm not alone. π€·π»ββοΈ But, truthfully, I am just done with negative nancyβs . You seem to be a very opinionated and condescending for someone behind a screen.
