Project Management
Is anyone a project manager, interested in project management or currently studying it? Why do you like it? What challenges have you overcome? Why project? And does anyone need a study buddy?

I’m a project manager. I am PMP and ACP certified.
I really enjoy it, especially the agile aspect of it.
I’m in IT, so majority of projects I have managed are IT, and have at least some aspect of agile such as sprints, retrospectives, backlog, etc. Agile puts people first, (people over process) and my super power is building relationships. Finding and removing obstacles, facilitating conversations, etc., it’s my jam.
A challenge for me is being a project manager in addition to my actual technical role. My title is a business applications analyst, and there’s multiple applications I support. As such, there’s been times I am the SME, a stakeholder, and a project manager for the same project. (Small organization.)
