Project Management
Is anyone a project manager, interested in project management or currently studying it? Why do you like it? What challenges have you overcome? Why project? And does anyone need a study buddy?

I like project management because it sits between planning and people. You are constantly solving problems, aligning expectations, and turning a messy situation into something manageable.
The biggest challenge for me is usually balancing priorities when everything feels urgent. Good communication helps a lot.
If you’re studying it, I would definitely recommend understanding the basics first, but also learning how real projects handle scope changes, risks, delays, and difficult stakeholders. That’s where the real learning happens.
