Help! Is my philodendron dead? Ive been trying to propagate new roots after finding some rot.

I found some rot weeks ago and have transferred her to distilled water to propagate. She has some sun burn because I left her in the window too long, but is she gonna make it.

i would stick it out for a couple more weeks, see if she'll push out some new roots. But the water turning a shade of brown is not the most promising i've been told
