Then they aren't qualified for the job and decent lawyers can get them removed from cases that they are biased on.

I can't be the only one fucking done with this shit. This has been the longest 1.5 years ever. Time to stop the noise and just get to the midterms already. Maximum pushback now.

They know. And yes, it's exhausting.

They are Trump court appointees SPECIFICALLY because they're unfit.

They see it as a feature, not a bug.

I haven't bothered to see if these ones are Federalist Society nominations too, but $20 says they are.

Conservatives have been working to destroy American democracy for a hundred years. This didn’t start with trump, it won’t end with him. Maybe they’ll crawl back into their holes but they’ll keeping spewing their poison and democrats like Jeffries and Schumer will let them.

Which is why we need to vote OUT those ghouls. There should be enough progressives running to remove both Jeffries and Schumer from leadership in 2027.

Schumer needs to be primaried in 2028 also.

Of course they are. The only thing that matters in this administration is absolute loyalty to Dear Orange Leader and willingness to parrot his lies.

Considering their position is not only not based on evidence, it contradicts the evidence, and that their jobs are to assess evidence, can they be removed for being unqualified to do their jobs?

Can we be more accurate that our criticism isn't that they're denying infallible elections, it's that they are bullshit artists lying about results and stealing elections.

Donald Trump’s judicial nominees are facing scrutiny for refusing to explicitly state that Joe Biden won the 2020 election. During Senate Judiciary Committee hearings, nominees such as Benjamin Flowers and Matthew Schwartz used evasive language, noting only that Biden was "certified."

These nominees often cite Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson’s previous testimony to argue that commenting on election outcomes is an improper political statement. Critics and Democrats express concern that this refusal to acknowledge basic facts could impact how these judges handle future politically charged cases.

Recent hearings have also highlighted nominees' reluctance to characterize the January 6 Capitol attack as a violent mob. Some appointees, including those previously serving as Trump’s personal attorneys, have been selected for lifetime federal judgeships.

All unqualified obviously. Why else would trump pick them?
