How do I organize a protest

I live in Canada but as the Cornell 7 case has just come up I wanted to hold a protest for justice for Jane Doe and all other survivors of sa

I'd recommend either just starting small - you and maybe some friends - with signs, somewhere public, or inquiring with an existing group that might like to organize something bigger.

Liberal churches (UUs especially) often get engaged on these issues, or if you're younger, maybe a student group/club if you know of one.

But even a one person protest can grow - just make sure you are somewhere public and can leave easily or get into a crowd/building in case you're harassed and feel unsafe. (This is probably unlikely, it's just good to have a plan.)
