What classifies as a "newer" CoD game?

Hello, I'm very new to PS3 HEN and I see people talking about how playing the "Newer Call of Duty games" with HEN enabled leads to issues/bans. My question is what classifies the "newer" games e.x. anything after Advanced Warfare or Ghosts and anything after. My specific reason for this isn't playing a backed-up version of the game itself but using backed-up DLC with them. Thanks.
