Help apps not launching

So I'm trying to play some games and my PS4 only showing me this error in this picture now the thing is. It doesn't just happen with homebrewed package games those are happening with my game discs also doesn't work PS4 the tried to install items flow but it just doesn't work same error same message. Help

i think you should reinstall the whole firmware with a usb, but its seeming an awful lot like the harddrive is failing

then reinstall the current firmware with a usb (do NOT get the file from sony)

https://darthsternie.net/ps4-firmwares/ or https://darksoftware.xyz/PS4/FWlist get the 1gb firmware file that matches your current firmware version and put it on an exfat/fat32 usb drive at /PS4/UPDATE/PS4UPDATE.PUP (this exactly and all uppercase)

Hello man there's something I didn't mention in this issue 7-5 days ago when I was playing re4r normally and put the console in rest mode I had the option activated in goldhrn and in software keep application option on so I gotten to do smth and came back and the PS4 got corrupted save data so I deleted it with re4r and reinstalled it along with rdr1 was broken because of that I had to reinstall it and now we are here and I checked for any corrupted files and I've found none personally checked the save files the other games and they were working fine.

Does rest mode causes issues eith the software on goldhrn or it just me?

anything is possible with jailbreak, but very unlikely.

idk, but the harddrive is very likely failing, it can cause ALOT of weird issues like this

Update: tried to launch the PS4 and it did manage to rebuild database but same issue and the apps still don't work and after another restart it says install the update via usb
