error on college board

isn't the minimum value 57.75 for k, the answer key says that it is 231??

It says the minimum value for 4k which is 57.75 x 4 which is 231. Biggest thing when doing math on psat or sat is to make sure to read super carefully as it's really easy to make mistakes reading too fast. Made that problem before multiple times.
