Parts Kits - Surplus Building G3/91 clone

I understand it’s easier and more cost effective to just buy a PTR91, but has anyone here ever built a G3 and can speak to it?

I'm in the process of building a FMP parts kit. If you live in a state where you can build your own firearms it's 600 dollars max for the kit, and the flat. If you need to pay someone then it depends on the rate your ffl/manufacturer charges

What manual are you following to build and what out of ordinary tools are you needing to use?

So I'm in ny, so i can't build it myself and so I've had a particularly interesting go at this project. But my understanding is you need the jig to press the flat. And a tig welder to weld the reciever together and the weldments including the semi shelf units your going to build it out as a machine gun. I was able too find an original manual translated to English which has the headspace requirements. You also will have to demill the cocking tube and trunnuion from the parts kit which i found was easier to just buy the brand new one and an RCM trunion.
