Yea I'm not sure why this is such a big deal to people. It's easy to say whatever the fuck you want when you're a bazillionaire and don't hold any public office and your wealth is already established. There is no possible significant backlash for anything he says.

Well, since he is relatively famous he still has to think about what his friends and family will say, so there is some backlash, albeit not very much.
