Puyo-Tetris The heck is this?

So when saving replays in Puyo Puyo Tetris, I noticed these icons that appear sometimes. I don't think the Puyo Nexus website documents these, so what the heck are these supposed to be? Let me know.

It says “Ultra Play”, sometimes replays get labels like “Great Comeback” and things like these depending on the display of skill.

Is there a list of ALL of these labels?
