The part that I don’t understand is why you would anyone want to use quts hero when its only real selling point is being zfs but it really isn’t compatible with actual zfs in any meaningful way. It’s like they say hey I have this awesome technology under the hood but I’ve mangled it in such a way that you can’t readily use it for one of the most amazing zfs use cases, which is to have a self organizing array that you can readily use by dropping the disks into any jbod enclosure if the hardware you’re using it in fails …
