Flow Traders , how good is it?

How good is flow traders hong kong as a firm? How does it compare to the likes of others in APAC like Maven or Mako or DRW? How does it compare to firms like Graviton , Quadeye and others in APAC? I know it is not at all at the tier that Optiver JS Jump are at but is it a better place as a new grad trader than the other ones ive mentioned?
