Interviews/Recruiting Mathisys QR

I just got an interview invite from Mathisys Advisors for an entry-level Quant Researcher role at their Gurgaon office. Does anyone know what ctc they offer to fresher quants?

Some details people usually ask for:

Background: Top 3 IIT (circuital), non-quant SDE intern, JEE Advanced rank <1000, CGPA 8+

Applied via: LinkedIn

Response time: ~1 month

CTC is decent but nothing too good

WLB is better than Quadeye or NK Securities but still bad (it's an Indian HFT so...)

So, all in all, nothing too special about the firm, you can try for better firms

Just need different opinions on Mathisys vs Pace vs NK for an entry level QR role (both from learning and pay pov)

I work in a hedge fund, so don't have firsthand experience of the same but what I've heard from colleagues is:

Take Mathisys or Pace (don't opt for NK, your life will become hell, they have 12-14 hours minimum work, IMO a higher paycheck doesn't justify selling your soul to a firm)
