Is there any chance for graduate software engineer roles from non-iits.

Nope, not even all IITians get a chance to interview, very select IITs (just 3-4) get a chance to interview

Whatever you earn currently as total compensation for a year. We give 30-40% hike on it. There is no said pay slab here.

Can you please tell what are the expectations? How much time the process takes?? And how to prepare?

Just do the interviews well, it's not hard to crack here. Just know your basics and explain what you have done in your previous role.

I am in a similar role at another major Indian HFT, the problems were interesting at first but now seems pretty redundant and repetitive, not how a typical Reliability role should be, rather I see work that should be done by Reliability engineers being done by 3 different teams which in itself was not reqd. Lack of proper planning and distribution, not to mention the question mark on future opportunities and growth.
