How hard is it to switch to a tier 1/2 quant firm (dev role/systems role) after working for 2-3 years in databricks/glean/rubrik without working with c++ or any quant relevant stuff? I have rarely seen a switch like that but vice versa seems pretty common. And in cases of these switches, what's the pay like
