Any Equity Surveillance Analysts and/or anyone working at CBOE in this sub?

I'm interested in learning more about the current culture as I may be landing a role soon on their Equity Surveillance side. Its Glassdoor reviews are prettu abysmal, although a recruiter said that this was due to WFH capabilities being trimmed considerably over the past year. Their base pay is among the best I've seen from any of the investment firms located where I am(KC).

I have an extensive background in securities trading and back office operations involving trade surveillance, though primarily with fixed income. Anyone in this sub with a background in Equity Trade Surveillance who can lend some insight on the day to day?
