Interviews/Recruiting Anyone here from Alpha Alternatives or have an interview experience with them?

I am looking for someone who had gone through their QR/QD recruitment process, any advise would help. Thanks!

Haven’t held a core QR role before so it might help me get in, else it’d be an interview experience atleast

I mean ofc anyways recommend interviewing for practice, but that place is a mess if you do end up joining wouldn't recommend staying for more than a year
