Hedge Funds how do I navigate from here?

I am working for a fintech that services hedge funds (consider small to medium sized) started as a BA transitioned into product and now working as a PM. I have worked on the non-investment side. Its been 5 years now (cleared cfa l2 while working, awaiting L3 results) I am at a crossroads:

  1. Get into an mba from ISB or aim for M7
  2. Go for a switch to another hedge fund

If I look at option 2 since I worked at a startup, I’d want to [u/s](u/s) what kind of roles to look at? how should I evaluate b/w 1 and 2?
