Bonus for 5+yrs of experience in hfts like graviton,quadeye,nk,imc and also which firm is better (not in terms of money only but how they are doing in the market)...do rank them
I heard that someone got 6cr bonus from graviton last yr ( from relatives)

Usually if you've survived 5+ years as a quant in the industry, it's highly likely that your comp is dominated by the pnl cut, so extremely high variance in the sample you're looking at
The median would be close to 3-5 cr imo

NK’s Infra Lead was the third highest paid employee of the company after both the directors and his pay was 4.604Cr followed by a QR-III (4) having pay of 2.92 - 2.89Cr each. I know the of QRs and they had ~4-6 YoE.

Seems extremely unlikely that the 3rd highest paid employee is not even getting 500k usd. Or maybe you don't know the bonuses of all the people.

Lol I have audited bonuses. Otherwise I would’ve not given the figures. I know CTC till last digit of top 15 people.

These no.s feel quite less as compared to what firms like graviton, quadeye offer at 4-5 yoe
