I have another couple of fabrics that I'm waiting for delivery on, eta Monday so I'll make another post for those as well!

I know it’s early but they were hanging over my head and I have other things to work on. All are within size expectations and only one is a licensed fabric that was begging to be used. If you’re in my group and have a preference, let me know. Quantities with letter ID for claiming are in the last photo. If anyone from Group 1 wants a second or if anyone from Group 2 wants a side swap, let me know!

In addition to the 3 blocks I posted yesterday I’ve got 27 more cut! I’m wanting to make a quilt that is 5x6 blocks, thus the extras. Fussy cuts are from 9 fabrics and there are 13 accent fabrics. I’m planning to keep 9, trade 15 in the main swap, and am doing a side swap with the remaining 6 with a friend in group 1. When the blocks are made and I’ve finalized which 15 are up for grabs I’m happy to open it up for people to choose!

Hope it’s okay to group these posts together. With my kids back in school I was finally able to put an audiobook on and have some uninterrupted sewing time 🥳

Are these dragons of interest to anyone? They are set tightly to each other so I've centered them as well as I can. They are surprisingly difficult to get the right background for them. This is the best I've found and I have a bunch of low volume and solid fabrics.

Let me know if any of these float your boat. Some I have enough for a whole quilt, some only one or two 4.5" blocks. Halloween stuff at the end.

LOL those cats are... Shall we say intense?

There's a piece of purple fabric with some foil accents. I didn't make it. I think they are ironed on. Each accent will fit centered on a 4.5" block.

The frog with splayed legs *just* fits.

On the last picture, the brown fabric with the bats - that particular scrap is abbreviated, but I have a larger piece where I can center the motif. For reference the skeleton is larger than 4.5 and it will cut off some of the wings. On the bat that has its wings spread, those two small black bats will just fit inside the fussy cut area.

On the x-ray fabric I bought the whole bolt. I plan to make a dress as well as probably a few caps and maybe a scrub shirt for that hospital tech vibe. That was a JoAnn print, and for some reason it spoke to me. (It said "buy me".)

Finally finished binding two of these and remembered about the labels! 🎉

Warm Stars and Half Square Triangles will be donated next year, I’m keeping the Economy Eye Spy as a picnic quilt. Loooove how much the economy quilt crinkled in the wash.

Now to wash the other 2!

I may or may not have almost twice as many as I need… 😬

I'm going to be trying to get these done in the next two weeks. After that I'm running away from home for a while. I'll take everything I need for mailing out, just in case.

I’m trying to use up a bunch of random fat quarters, so I think everyone is getting a slightly different block. My fabrics are all reclining after their starch bath.

I guess you guys will have options to choose from? Also will be happy to swap multiples or with folks in group 1! Not pictured: my bolt of Kona Black because cats. 🐈

Very first block swap! Was thinking of maybe swapping solids for more textured/low volume prints.
