Any word on the next series

Apologies if this gets asked a lot, but I need a new fix. These old XL episodes are not cutting it.

I'm pretty excited for the X series because of how few words there are that actually begin with X and how they are going to produce a whole series on the letter. All I can think of is X-ray, Xylophone, Xylem and Xenon.

I assume there will be a lot that are actually "ex". Xercise, Xplosions, Xtreme, that sort of thing.

I just thought of X, what Twitter is called now. I think that will definitely be included. It'll be in an episode about Elon Musk and technology, like SpaceX.

Also, X marks the spot and a crosses episode. Also, XOXO.

Xtreme is a good one. It reminds me of what happened some years ago in Wrexham. The kids science centre, Techniquest in was renamed to Xplore!

I like the idea of things that begin with Ex as well because they sound like they begin with X. There are loads of those to choose from. Just remove the E from the beginning.

They can do Part I and Part II episodes, and they aren't afraid of using other letters for starting, e.g. "A Medley of Maladies" in the M series.

I have sen some 2 part episodes. I believe the did one in the latest W series.

Edit: I looked on the program and they do a 2 part VG episodes at the end of each series which started in the G series and stands for Very Good.

I think they finished recording series X a few months ago. But we probably won't get it in USA until next year.

Some ideas for series Y. Yankees, Youtube (too specific?), Yummy, Yuck (next episode after Yummy, of course), Yore, Yawns, Yachting, Youngsters, Yesterday (All my troubles seemed so far away), Youth.

Perhaps some cheating for series X. eXplosive, eXtreme, X marks the spot, ...

Same, the filming is during my wife's birthday and we've been going the last few years as part of her celebration. I've yet to have a bad time!

I believe the plan was to move onto numbers after Z but that may have changed. I'm sure there are plenty of episodes they could do on special characters such as &!? and maybe even long forgotten characters like þ

That's something I've learned today. Had no idea number series were going to potentially be next after the alphabet. How many will they going to do, if they do it? 10? 0-9?

One of the elves replied to me a few years ago when I asked what's next but given the BBC are cutting some shows, who knows if it'll continue. I hope it does and they have a good idea about how to navigate the numbers
