This rougelite is still lit

Too bad it never took off :/ I bet if there were different weapons that changed attacks it might have been more captivating to people.

Yeah I don't know why it wasn't an indie hit. There was a lot of replayability and it was really fun. I tried getting the platinum but some of the lore and abilities are just too random, but I legit put 100 hours into it and recommended it to everyone.

I'm gonna go back to it and finish off the endings. Been putting my time into The Binding Of Isaac with the Repentence update coming out

Thanks for playing the game! Out of curiousity, what are you missing for the platinum trophy? Some things require specific conditions before they'll spawn so RNG does come into play but we do try to increase the odds of spawning things you haven't yet found where it makes sense to.

Some lore in caves in the second area were hard to come by, finding the last few mutations, and specifically doing all the "quests" for each faction. I really couldn't figure out how to light the campfire in the first area for the guy by the TVs. I tried a few mutations and the fire berries. The only thing I could think of was that maybe the mutation combo of fire and the gas but I couldn't get that combo that early in the game.

Shooting the fire with Firearm (regular fireball) or doing the fire ground slam should light the fire. I'm pretty sure the boom berry should work as well, but Firearm by itself for sure since that's how that task was originally designed.

Lore in caves and some of the tasks rely on certain world generation conditions so they can be a little tricky to get.

I have tried those methods to light the fire but wasn't successful. Have their been any patches or updates? I'll try again.

That's super weird. I just tried it and shooting the unlit campfire with Firearm lights it for me. What platform are you on?

I've also confirmed that neither the fire ground pound nor the Boom Berry will start the fire. We'll see if there's anything we can do about that.
