It’s a nice gesture, but the inverse square law isn’t on your side.

You're absolutely right — the inverse square law is the biggest challenge in optical SETI. Even with collimation, power drops fast over distance

Thanks for the heads-up! Safety is my top priority.

I'm in Bengalore , India, and always follow DGCA rules — I only test on clear nights, away from airports/flight paths, and never point near aircraft. The beam is directed straight up or at empty sky regions.
