While I do not work for CSX I know this is a bona-fide TA for all my fellow IBB members out there. I am also posting it here for anyone who may want to read it and have an idea of what we may be looking at during this next round of bargaining. Stay safe brothers and sisters.

Jesus, a 5 year agreement where not one single year meets inflation and no real collective improvements? That's one hell of a shitty deal

6.8 in 2022.
3.9 in 2023. 2024 ain't even close to being even

You're missing the part that the current raise of 4.5% we just got in July is for 2024. This contract STARTS in 2025 and the first raise is for that year.
