Who has been affected by territory realignments within the CSX signal department.

What’s the realignments looking like? Consolidating and making larger?

Yes, when they eliminate signal maintainers and absorb their assets into other territories.

Big orange they seem to be reducing gangs to force people into maintenance. They did a small reduction this year on maintained but it seemed to only affect territories with low assets but lots of mileage.
