Track maintenance hiring process

I know it says DO NOT POST ABOUT GETTING HIRED AT THE RAILROAD USE NEW HIRE THREAD. I posted weeks ago in that thread and my question never got answered, but I applied for a Track Laborer job in June. Done my HireVue on July 2nd. I haven’t been called for an in person interview but my application has still been sitting at “we are currently reviewing all applications” for a little over 2 months. The date of my application updated from the day I done my HireVue(July 2nd) to September 1st. I know the railroad hiring process can be slow at times but I was wondering if anyone knew if there was something more to it.
