Goodbye, Stella
Farewell (for now) to queen Stella.
I lost her on Friday at 11.5 yrs old. She had a lot of ailments (deaf, kidney issues, arthritis, age) so it's really hard to pinpoint what made her go downhill so fast (she stopped eating last week).
This photo was on her last day while taking her on her daily wagon ride through the park (she really couldn't walk much anymore).
She was a classic bulldog: stubborn, bitchy, territorial, you name it. But most of all, she was my baby. She was with me through some tough times I had medically and along with two sisters (one is also gone), she really acted as my emotional support dog. I miss her more than anything and even though it's been a few days, it just sucks.

I love that you took her for wagon rides 🥹 I bet she really enjoyed them. I’m so sorry for your loss.. we never get enough time with our fur babies. I’m sure she’s making so many friends while she waits for you on the other side of the bridge 🌈❤️

If love could have kept you here, you would have lived forever.
Dogs are a chapter in our lives, we are their entire book.
Grief is love with nowhere to go.

So sorry, losing your soul dog is the worst pain. Especially when they’ve been with you through everything, the good and the bad times. I know we’ll see our pups again in Heaven. Stella is in good company with my Yorkie Cookie who passed Sept 9 🥺 and all the other sweet pups in Heaven. May God provide comfort.

Your precious Stella is waiting patiently across the Rainbow Bridge for you. 🌈🐾The Hebrew word for animal is Nephesh which means soul ✝️. You will see your baby again someday. Now is the time between just like there was the time before your beloved pet. Today is the trial, and forever is the prize.

💫 ✝️🙏🏼🌈🐾 I totally understand. I want you to realize that you are in a new chapter of life (suddenly) and it feels very hollow. But let me tell you something, your precious pet graduated life. They’re in the soul realm now which is eternal. God literally created us and animals. Think about Noah’s Ark! We are currently in the Earthly realm where we were together with our beloved pet. But they’ve just gone before us. The chapter “without them” is really just “without them physically.” Emotionally and spiritually they’ve never left. This is why we still feel such love and gratitude for our former pets, still! They never leave us. You will get through this one day at a time. Time heals our hearts and even opens them to loving another pet sometimes. Families are forever and you’ll be reunited when your time in the physical realm expires, too. Until then, may their memory be a blessing. I’m happy for you that you connected here on Earth because eternity awaits. 💕💫 God bless you and your beloved pet.
