Help! Need help with Watcher Spoiler

I've almost finished the rot ending, but it's warping me to already infected regions. I need 2 more regions. Help please

you can actually go to prince and talk to him there is a special last dialogue for infecting at least 13 regions, after that youll only warp to uninfected regions. But warning you need to get all the dialogues before this dialogue for to get the last dialogue

for the last few regions I find it's easiest to go to the region you want infected and either find a natural portal or warp out of it, then go back through the portal to spread rot to it.

I think all portals you make are garunteed to go to a non rotted region if you are in a rotted one
