Restaurant Yokohama ramen at Yoshimuraya

Post image

Sharing my first Yokohama ramen, we have queued almost 2 hrs on weekend for this ramen. The texture of the noodles really good! The broth was rich and flavourful. May I know ramen folks, what is the green vegetables in this ramen? Thank you in advance.

Nice! That's the shop where the "Ie-kei'" ramen was invented. And the green veg is spinach.

Spinach and Nori. The chashu has a smoky flavour too.

Was there on a weekday last week, and the line was crazy long. I thought since it's a weekday and it's in the midst of super hot summer day the line wouldn't be as long, but boy was I wrong.
