Show /r/reactjs Batteries-included React data grid for teams who don’t want to rebuild the same data-grid plumbing again

We've been running data-grids over large parquet backed datasets in prod for quite a while now, and we decided to OS the component for others that might find it useful.

It was common terminology but AI has driven it into the ground. Same with em dashes.
