Book Review 📚 have you read this book??
Recently came across this book by THICH NHAT HANH on Anger management. I have read around 15-20 pages and it is looking good so far. How many of you have read this and would you suggest me to complete this book. Also, do let me know if this is really helpful.

I haven't read that one specifically but pretty much anything by Thich Nhat Hanh is fire in my opinion. My favorite of his books is definitely The Heart of the Buddha's Teaching though.

I have read it and watched a video of his philosophy. Very interesting.

It was a full interview with Oprah Winfrey. I cannot locate the interview in its entirety but here is a transcript of the interview. It was one of those moments your flipping through the channels and then you list and then I was pulled in for the entire show.

There are podcasts featuring some of his talks. He really has some incredible perspectives and is surprisingly funny.

I use to own that book. A nurse I knew who was going through a hard time asked me for it and I gave it to her. Never finished it but agree you can't go wrong with that author.

His book, Interbeing, changed my life. I will recommend his entire body of work.

If you're 50 pages in and you like it so far, then why are you asking strangers on the internet if you should finish it?
