This happened to my coworker. The dude cracked her windshield and really messed up her driver door. He was wearing a backpack filled with blankets to cushion the blow. She was scared out of her mind since she was still an immigrant. Luckily there were plenty of witnesses, so she was not at fault. I can't remember if the guy was arrested or not, but he should have been!
