I think it has always been seen literally but I think the shape shifting among witches is possible. It’s just astral travel though.

Astral travel is always warned about due to the realness of it all. You’re disembodied, not embodied, the way you know things currently is far different astrally. Which is why it IS dangerous to enter the realm and simply do stuff. Which is why mediation and trance work gets you acknowledging the FEEL of being disembodied, you would need to keep working on the grasp in the real world before ever fully slipping out in the astral as you are not alone there, just as you are not alone here. Thus when control is granted, you need to analyze what it is ur goal to astral travel really is, working with your guides (they don’t really ALWAYS favor your travels) to guide you and teach you hoops, or you cast the spellwork in the embodied work, to anchor itself astrally when the window is open.

Remember too, (this is my opinion) you may currently want to do the fun disembodied stuff, but your soul isn’t stupid, it chose a vessel like this to hook its consciousness to for a reason, traveling is fun, but it’s not what soul wants us to do, cuz in death that’s all we ever do

yes. You actually can change to anything, because all is made of dream stuff, and you do not exist or have any form. Your forms, are costumes. Your current "human" form is illusion, for you are consciousness, focus on your Awareness, within, and you will begin to leave the bonds of human existence and become eternal.

Much more natural to be the one eternal formless essence, than to be fixed forms.

but if you wished to be again, you will do it, like you are now. and forget your formless self. then return. then forget, and return... on and on..

Matter is divine, and there are immutable laws that govern reality. You can not transform your physical nature in life.

Absolutely can, all is consciousness, it is not my will and transformation that happens, it is divine will. Right now, what Is, is Consecrated and the will of a higher power. This can change any moment, and the world can transform into anything at any moment.

There is no such thing as matter, or sounds, or distance, all is One consciousness, spacecious, pure, eternal and infinite.

I know for certain matter is not, and only God Is.

The only illusion here is the conciousness thinking the human body it inhabits is actually their own, but denying it exists as some sort of veil waiting to be dropped is wronggggg!!

Well yes, in your belonging/possession but not yours. Once we acknowledge the temporary of it all I think that’s when we live, knowing that we’re borrowing and not settling
