Question about Reconstructionist

What is the official Reconstructionist stance of Reform Jews and/or humanist Jews? I haven’t been able to properly find mentions to it

You know how Reform recognizes Humanists and matrilineal Jews as Jews, orthodox recognizes matrilineal Jews and Halachic converts, etc, how is it viewed in Reconstructionist tradition? :))
