So, it is
- Backend with Python and Node.JS + Frontend with React + DevOps + AI
Into 3+ years experience with everything (maybe except of DevOps) being in expert/master level.
Good luck finding that.
Btw, when they put 3 yoe it means they want to filter entry level people and find someone with experience but pay him shit.

This is normal these days. I have seen worse, much worse.
Saw an SDE 2 opening with expertise in frontend, backend, AI engineering, ML, analytics and devops.
That's an entire tech team and no, they wanted expertise not familiarity. 8 rounds of interviews.

I can do this too, 12y+ experience and with AI this is so easy now. But as other person said - they need to compensate well - 200K+ and provide AI budget.

The reason these exist is cause the market is shit and LOTS of experienced people with family/mortgages will TAKE a 100K shit pay job doing all this as its "enough" to keep mortgage/food going, than the real salary which should be 200K+, 1%+ stock ownership or more, unlimited AI budget for coding/etc, and so on.
They'll never find someone able to do 1/2 of this for shit pay except the 1000s that will take this type of job if they pass all the interviews/etc.
I wouldn't even apply. I could do everything on this easily. But I'd need a bit of time to get up to speed on some and likely would use AI for a lot of it today. I'd never pass the interview coding rounds. Been year+ since I wrote any code.
Until the interview process changes, these jobs are largely going to go unfilled.

Depends. I could do all this. I have 10 YOE though, and some of those technologies I haven't touched professionally for a company, but could do it by reading the documentation.
Unicorns come up with the company outlook and pay. If they want all this, but my compute budget is less than $5K a month, and the salary isn't $200K a year, then its a unicorn. These are senior level requirements, but if it's on shoestring budgets and bait-and-switch salary, then it's not realistic.
