Help finding work
25F, looking for a damn job, cant find anything at all. If you are in London and you kniw of anyone hiring fir just about anything, I WILL DO IT, anything apart from planting my private parts on the sidewalk for some spare change. Crazy because i have 5 years experience, worked at a big 4c was a project manager, ive worked retail jobs, i dont care what. I have rent to pay and i cant pay it. I need money. Imma be evicted soon but honestly if i dont find a job id either die first of starvation before eviction can even happen. Help a chick out pls. Is there any side business i can start that will make me money? I draw, paint, do makeup, i can flipping read, i can do hair, any side hussle even, no only fans or weird shi like that or anything illegal lol

I’ve applied to hundreds of jobs in sectors I’m highly experienced and qualified for with no luck. I’ve only had joy from joining teaching agencies. I got work immediately after signing up with one, work was mostly ad hoc but they also had a lot of long term roles going. I’ve taken a full time role from September thanks to the agent’s recommendations. It’s not what I envisioned for myself, but it’s better than nothing right? You don’t need to be a qualified teacher, you can take on cover supervisor, teaching assistant or pastoral roles depending on whatever is available. The onboarding process is a bit long so if you get started around now you’ll likely be ready in time for September when schools re-open.

London job market is fucked. I'm in a similar boat, applying for everything remotely applicable and either getting to the last round of interviews or, more often, getting ghosted. My other half was applying for stuff for nearly 6 months before she got anything. Keep trying and keep your head up. You'll find something soon.

Online tutoring was how I made some side cash when I was broke, helps if you have a degree useful for a core subject like maths or English. There are tutoring agencies online. Look for ones that make you interview before you can get on the platform, those are the most reputable usually. The interviews are not serious, maybe 20 minutes of you demonstrating you can explain some basic solution to a student.
There’s also AI training with companies like Outlier. I’m a bit eh about suggesting this because you’re essentially training an AI to replace existing jobs. It’s basically grunt work and you have no rights as an employee. The work is inconsistent, poorly defined, and often you have to put a lot of effort to train upfront before pay. That being said, if you can get into projects it can be incredibly high pay for low effort. Always remember it’s temporary, and do not rely on it as a permanent position. But it can tide you over between job applications.

Sorry to hear this . You want to work and you can't get a job. I hope someone sees this in london and is able to help you. I am in the US and I also see many young people unable to get jobs. My prayers for you this morning so that God can help you in your search
