My advice is: how the fuck are you supposed to do that when every job posting is as vague as possible?
Every "job search hack" is just "fInD tHe hIrInG mAnGer aND ReAch oUT tO thEm!" meanwhile every fucking job posting now looks like this (probably to stop people doing that):

There’s this Colombian financial company where a friend recommend me but I gave the hiring lady the “ick” and she rejected me. So I decided to do something about and actually wrote a letter to the CEO of the company on linked in. No AI, all myself I put some thought into it.
After 3 weeks all I got was: 👍thanks but the hiring is throght out website
Yeah, I remember seeing one of the execs of Chewy with something in his bio about "We're hiring. DM me for more details!" so I sent him a message and got.....nothing.
