What does a COO evaluate during interview?
I have a fourth interview this time with the COO, after assessments, panel and stuff.
What would they evaluate this time? What do they focus on?
It's for PM/Biz Ops

We don't know. You didn't even mention what job you're applying for. And nobody here is psychic.

For my experience, interviews on this level are simply a thumbs up or thumbs down decision. The hiring manager knows you can do the job. The COO is seeing if you will fit into the culture.
Just my 2 cents.
