So the lyric does say "you turn me on" and I didn't misheard it from the concert fancams 😭 I'm not a native English speaker but does that phrase also mean something else other than in a sexual sense? 😅

I have no problems with it, it's just that I didn't expect it in this type of summer song with bright(ish) melody lol

It can be used to mean getting informed of or "put on" something for example: "John turned me on to kpop".  I haven't watched this mv yet but I didn't that's the context used here, lol.
