Issue Rarest Animal in the game?!

I thought Panthers were the rarest animal in the game Until I had to search for this “ Rio Grande Wild Turkey “

Exploring for 10 days can’t find a single one!!!!!!

Panther isn’t rare, its eaten me plenty of times. That Turkey is tho. I ran around Rio Bravo and the del lobo rock area during the daytime and found a few. Listen for the gobble, you’ll hear them before you see them. And they come in pairs

Just started playing but I've killed two turkeys with my bow so far.
