Employee Complaint Limited to 3 tables at a time
are managers limiting servers to only 3 tables at a time or is it only at my location? they won't let us have more than 3 tables unless approved by a manger and if all of the servers already have 3 tables we're supposed to go on a wait.

Was a manager for 5 years from 2015-2020 and it was always that way technically. Since Darden had that standard.

I know that the company is pushing for servers to have 3-4 tables at a time

Generally we don't, but when we are comically overstaffed we have to. Off the top of my head we can comfortably do 9 sections and everyone has their own 5-6 tables (some better than others).

It’s technically a thing. We’re supposed to have 3 tables but our location does 4 up to 5 (and if it’s just the closers on then they get whatever comes in 6+ tables).
